I. PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Keyholder’s primary responsibility is to provide the
highest level of customer service by demonstrating advanced
product knowledge and building quality customer relationships
that result in increased sales and repeat business. As a
Keyholder, you will be an integral part of True Religion’s
ability to maintain the high customer service and presentation
standards. You will be responsible for performing a wide range
of functions from maintaining a clientele book, to
merchandising the sales floor, maintaining store appearance and
exceed the expectations set forth by the company.


II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supporting store manager with management and coordination of
the daily operations of the store.

· Supervising the daily activities of the sales staff in the
absence of the manager or as delegated by the manager.

· Engaged in promoting and selling products to ensure customer
satisfaction.

· Perform manager functions such as opening/closing, checking
in merchandise and preparing and making deposits as needed.

· Partnering with store manager to maximize sales and build
high performing teams.

· Developing relationships with new and existing customers to
increase sales.

· Attaining quarterly sales and SPH goals.

Education and Certifications

High School Diploma. College degree preferred


Experience and Skills

· Must be 18 years or older

· Previous sales experience in high-end apparel environment
